Illustration Friday - Capture

"Of all the fluttering jewels, this was the one she wanted to capture"

I have to admit I have not had any time to think about Illustration Friday in the last months, other than to just throw something together. Today, I had a moment to think and decided to use some of my vintage elements I have scanned in and stored and try an collage. Have a great weekend!

How pretty this is! The butterflies are gorgeous, and I love the vinatge gal. The background also looks very nice, although it's hard to see in detail as it's so small. Overall, this creates such a delightful image in the blues and golden-orange tones.

Thank so much everyone. I always feel a little odd about taking compliments on "art" I did not do. some photoshopping ;) some vintage art and ads, some creative putting those images together .... but I do so appreciate the compliments
